General Rules & Regulations

Game Format: Each game consists of two 20-minute halves with a running clock. The clock stops only during timeouts and will use a pro-clock in the last 2-minutes of each half.

Team Composition: Each team must have seven players on the field at all times. A minimum of five players is required to start a game.

Flag Pulling: To end a play, a defender must remove the flag(s) from the ball carrier. Players must avoid physical contact; aggressive tackling or hard contact will result in a penalty.

Screen Blocking: Players may use block techniques to impede defenders as long as they do not initiate contact. Blockers must refrain from extending their arms, shoving, or holding the rushers.

Passing: Only one forward pass is allowed per play. The ball may be passed behind the line of scrimmage, but a backward pass is also legal.

Running: Any eligible player may advance the ball on a running play, including the Quarterback. Offensive players must make an attempt to avoid defenders.

Rushers & Blitzers: Must be lined up at least 1 yard beyond the line of scrimmage, and must avoid bull rushing, or making unnecessary contact with the Screen Blocker.

Scoring: A touchdown is worth 6 points. Teams can choose to attempt PAT 1-point conversion from the 3-yard line or a 2-point conversion from the 10-yard line after scoring a touchdown. Field Goals are worth 3-points. The defense cannot rush the kicker, or return a missed kick.

Kickoffs & Punts: There are no kickoffs; play starts at the designated yard line after each score and at the beginning of each half. Punts are allowed and must be declared before the play. The defense cannot rush the punter, but they may field the punt.

Timeouts: Each team is allowed two timeouts per half. Unused timeouts do not carry over to the second half.

Conduct: Players are expected to uphold sportsmanship and respect towards officials, opponents, and teammates. Any abusive behavior or foul language will not be tolerated and may result in penalties or ejection from the game.
